But dude, I can appreciate differences in an Old Testament approach versus a gospel approach.
Worship options were severely limited under the Old Testament. Carrying that spirit of severe limitation forward, results in treating the name of God like it was an atom bomb that would blow up and destroy you if you mishandled it, rather than the gospel spirit where it becomes a powerhouse of spiritual muscle that is acting in your favor (even if sometimes it has to chastise you).
I’m a gospel guy.
The gospel is a second covenant, sealed differently, with rules that pertain to it.
The gospel isn’t just about us living in heaven. It’s about inviting heaven to come and live in us.
Limited? Have the Utmost respect for HaShem is limited? I do not think so. It is the highest form of respect.
We are meant to Worship G-d, not go to a concert on Sunday or Friday.
As for an Atom Bomb, you do remember the Ark of the Covenant right?
I refuse to see my country go the way of 1860 AGAIN, because one man feels he has say over another man and I will not tolerate the Get-Along-Gang trying to moderate slavery to the government like the Whigs did!
I am outside the GOP-Democrat way at looking things now.
