Emerging Democrat Civil War
American Thinker ^ | November 14, 2013 | Thomas Lifson

One leading indicator of a rift in the Democratic Party is a spate of media articles on divisions among Republicans. We were told only a few weeks ago that the Tea Party rift with the Establishment wing of the GOP was going to lead to disaster, and that the only hope was for conservatives to give up their principles. Ted Cruz was the designated villain.

What a difference a month makes!

GOP wounds are healing so well that John McCain is now calling for the "total repeal" of Obamacare, sounding rather like the junior Senator from Texas, while the Democrats are tearing themselves apart over whether to support the Obamacare status quo and sacrifice their careers, or bolt for the door and preserve some hope of re-election.

Josh Kraushaur at the National Journal chronicles "The Emerging Democratic Divide Over Obamacare" and cites three separate rifts:

The dems may fight but when it comes to elections, spreading communism is more important than anything to them. They all all fall in line for the cause.

It sounds like there is a split in the ‘RAT Pahtay! LOL! They need a good “rebranding”. Right across their @$$. Communism and fascism are very unbecoming. Especially in America where FREEDOM LIVES.

Billy Jeff is a scoundrel, but is a damn good politician. He will do everything he can to avoid having Obamacare hung on Hillary.

It's our side that's perfected the circular firing squad over the last 12 years or so.

Go to their townhall and primary meetings and ask each RAT “So, do you now support Sen. Cruz’s position on Obamacare?” Obviously most of them will say no, which makes them look like they’re supportive of all this Obamacare madness.

Then ask them when they quit beating their wife ;-)

Three quick points:

1.) Tyrant Obama cannot legally change the Obamacare Bill that he signed into Law.

Only the US Congress can legally change the Law, which then can be signed by Obama.

_________

2.) The MANDATORY dictate in Obamacare is the only factor that is essential to that Federal Law.

Take out the MANDATORY dictate in Obamacare, and only the Federally subsidized, or chronically unhealthy will buy it.

For example:

“What would be the incentive for increased consumer demand for policy purchase of a NON-MANDATORY Obama Socialized Health Insurance Tax (OSHIT) instead of purchasing a policy from a private insurance company?”

3.) Will the House RINOs think of either of the above two points? I seriously doubt it.
