He screwed it up so he could fix it then brag about how HE did it.
Yup, he'll blame the Congressional Dems, saying they wrote the bill badly, and now he has to fix it.
It's all about him, and even his buds in the Congress are going under his bus. (not that they don't richlydeserve it).
