If they can't get transportation to schools in their own town of Hoover, how are they going to get transportation all the way to Tuscaloosa for a protest? Maybe they can bus the protesters one hour away from Hoover to Tuscaloosa. Hoover's property tax is one of the higher ones in the state of Alabama. Many people move there to the cheapest rental areas so they can get their kids in to the school system. Enjoying the benefits, but not paying the taxes for them. One can hardly blame the parents for trying to get their kids in a better school system. It is a drain on the system though, adding a bunch of students without the matching tax revenue.
