I used to bike to work, until the day that a car decided to make a right turn right over me while I was traveling about 45 MPH down a narrow road.
At least you learned. Drivers can’t see you very well, expect you to be extremely careful and watch out for them, and reflexively are not going to avoid you as they would something that endangers them. You ride in all kinds of places that walking would be considered insane, yet you are no better protected than a walker.
Oh, I am now starting to see runners acting like bicyclists. Very clever, not.
I am sure the agenda of the homosexual bicycle lobby is to criminalize the unavoidable accident of hitting one of them.
