Republican operatives want to help establishment candidates fend off tea party challenges with a new weapon: unlimited cash.
Consultants and attorneys including the co-founder of the pro-Mitt Romney super PAC are laying the groundwork or have already filed paperwork for dozens of super PACs organized to support individual candidates running next year.
-spies-
Single-candidate super PACs also is a sign party leaders believe donors are unhappy with the results of big money groups in recent years and are willing to take their checkbooks elsewhere.
Roves Crossroads groups budgeted more than $300 million on a plan to defeat President Barack Obama and flip the Senate to the GOP in 2012 and failed. The perceived stumbles of Crossroads in 2012 led immediately to recriminations within the conservative movement about Roves dominance of the outside money apparatus.

Really time to close your wallets people. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS. The establishment GOP must be defeated or we need a 3rd party.
So the turd blossom can’t raise enough anymore. We are winning!
Bring it!

Actually it’s time to OPEN our wallets folks. Give to CONSERVATIVE political funds (e.g., Senate Conservatives Fund) and/or conservative candidates (e.g., Lee Bright in South Carolina). A 3rd party is a guarantee of TOTAL liberal/progressive dominance of America. Let’s not be defeatist.
But you are right about not giving to GOPe organizations such as the Republican National Committee.

I stopped giving to the GOP after the 2008 elections.
Only give directly to candidates.
I really should have said more than my flippant and defiant “Bring it!” posted above.
This week I was tele-contacted by the campaign of my Senator, Okla. Jim Inhofe, who is among the very most conservative Senators in the GOP Establishment. Sometimes goes against the grain. One of the seventeen that voted with Ted Cruz, although he didn’t stand with him like Lee did. I have been a reliable moderate donor through the years.
I told the solicitor to expect no money until and unless Inhofe comes out publicly in opposition of McConnell and works to replace him. The response was “But, but, but look at all the [bacon] Jim brings back home to Oklahoma.”
They don’t get it.

I have banged down the phone five times since Tuesday election day on RNC callers (had to ASK first, “who’s calling?”).
They’re not just arrogant, but stupid as well.
Please add a link to the original story. The one at the top isn’t working.
The GOPe went after every grassroots faction during and after the last convention in Florida.
How did that work out against Obama ?

Funny that Mitch McConnell didn’t want anyone to know that Crossroads Media is the agency buying advertising for his SuperPac. Note the sham name “Main Street Media Group” as a cover up.

*District of Criminals-Gutle$$ Old Party / E$tabli$hment
The Democrat Party is now nothing more than a loose coalition of Godless Communists, anti-Constitution Socialists, Welfare parasites, perverts, race baiters, baby killers, pseudo intellectual elitists, illegal aliens, and other assorted criminals, but Republicans had rather squabble among themselves than cooperate with one another long enough to defeat them in the coming election.
Any suggestion of a 3rd Party must be coming from the 47% who like nothing more than to see dissension in the Republican Party.
Remember the last time we tried a 3rd Party, we got Bill Clinton, and if we're dumb enough to try that again, we'll probably get Hillary.
DEFUND THE GOP!!!
