UK Daily Mail says Swat team arrived after recue, stormed the place and killed him.
"If I had a son he would look like Scott Thomas."
Arceneaux sounds French. Shouldn’t they have surrendered?
Wow!! If it had been left to the police, she’d be dead already, and the ex-boyfriend on the run. Good for them! What guts!
Obligatory: Swat team arrived late so they shot the dog.
Leslie Westbrook: Photographing Bethany Arceneaux rescue a surprising, emotional experience
Good work on this family’s part. They did what needs to happen far more often. I’m always amazed at the outrages that often happen, and how people meekly accept whatever the “authorities” decide to do about it, if anything.
There was a time in the country that if a daughter was beaten, harmed, abused, or even had her reputation insulted, that there was a very real danger that her male relatives would blow out your lamp. Maybe that isn’t really so uncivilized after all.
Now the closest thing to that is moslems, and those retards get it wrong and kill the daughter. Crazy times.
Thanks GJMY....These folks are CAJUNS....No sitting around waiting for the police to do something...No...you mess with one and everybody is after you...little ray ray...uncle joe... auntie faye ...marcellus....with four wheelers, shotguns coondogs and pocket knives.....Shorenuff
Coonass justice.
Oh you crazy FReepers. This story is a spoof. She had a restraining order; therefore, none of this could have happened! She had a piece of paper to protect her!
Do I need a sarc tag?
Cajun justice.
Note how the New York media wrongly describes what happened. "Taking justice into their own hands" suggests some kind of vigilante action, when what they did was simply search for and rescue a young woman who was kidnapped, and obviously in immediate danger.
Every able citizen should be ready and willing to search for and rescue missing people, and any citizen who rescues somebody from a violent crime in progress should be celebrated for their actions.
Given what is known of the facts of this case so far deadly force was used to stop an attempted murder during a kidnapping, and I don't think there is any jurisdiction in the nation where that would be anything other than a legal, and in this case it appears, heroic act.
