Let's think about America's national interest.
Does America have any national interest in allowing Iran, a country who's religious leadership promised to destroy America, and whose parliament was chanting "Death to America" last week, to get nuclear weapons? Do we have a national interest in the Saudi response to Iran of getting their own nukes? Of course, not. An Iranian nuke directly or indictly means nuked American cities.

What should worry us most in America is not a missile from a foreign state, but a nuke in a suitcase used either as a false flag by a foreign government to gain political and PR advantage, or from a state sponsored terrorist group.. All nations have grown too devious which is why we need to spy on friends and enemies.....but not on Americans.
