Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is “in a state of shocked disbelief” at the deal apparently taking shape in Geneva over Iran’s nuclear program, Israeli television news reports said Friday night.
Netanyahu, the reports on Israel’s Channel 10 and Channel 2 news said, had “an unprecedented confrontation” with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Tel Aviv on Friday morning over the possible deal, which he publicly described as “a very, very bad deal” and which he implored Kerry “not to rush to sign” and to “reconsider.”
The Netanyahu government is “in a crisis of faith” with the Obama administration over the possible deal, Israel’s Channel 1 News further reported, in part because it apparently differs in content from the terms that Kerry had previously described to Netanyahu. Other Israeli reports said Netanyahu felt he had been “misled” by the US over the terms of the deal.
Netanyahu, who blasted the possible accord as the “deal of the century” for Iran, believes it would enable the Islamic Republic to become a “nuclear breakout state,” the TV reports said — since Iran would retain its nuclear enrichment capabilities, and would thus be capable of racing to a bomb at short notice at a time of its choosing.
Israel, the TV reports said, also believes the US has been negotiating with Iran in a secret channel, without disclosing the content of those discussions to Israel.
The TV reports quoted unnamed sources on the Israeli political right accusing the Obama administration of “throwing Israel under the bus,” and leaning toward an agreement with Iran that would fatally puncture the carefully constructed international sanctions regime against Iran.
The Channel 10 report said Israel’s security establishment was also “shocked” at the reported terms.

Soon the Saudis will be Israel’s most important ally in its quest to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear arms. Wouldn’t put it past the Saudis to secretly finance any military action Israel may take and to provide intelligence.

Netanyahu is an optimist. You can’t be a Jew and not be an optimist; otherwise you would have given up thousands of years ago.
Why would he be shocked? Everyone knows that Obama is an illegal-alien Muslim dedicated to Islamic world supremacy through the destruction of Western Civilization is general, America in particular, and definitely the eradication of all Jews. His every action has been in pursuit of this.
Egypt, Israel and ALL of America's allies in that region and around the world know now, for sure, that Obama does not have “Israel's (or their) back”.
All those platitudes about “all options on the table, backed up by a credible military threat” were horse hockey and the Israelis knew it way back when.
It is a sad testament to the Western world that this man-child is leading us all down the path of ruin.

Quite possible. But the Saudi’s could also scared enough that they might want their own bomb, not against Israel but against the Shiite Muslim Iranians. Not good. This could also convince the Saudis, as well as the Israelis, that the U.S. is not a reliable ally. I would not want to predict what would happen if the Saudi’s decided to break their alliance with us. One possible result could be the end of the Petro Dollar if they were to start accepting contracts in other currencies. Again, not good.
And the Times of Israel is just being polite calling it a ‘crisis of faith.’ They already know Obama is a lying weasel who cannot be trusted.
Obama may not be a Muslim but he’s always putting their interest ahead of America’s, Christians everywhere, and Israel.
With both of them out of the picture the sunnis / saudis roll in.

Everybody knows that Obama is an agent of the Islamic world. Israel should know this as well.
