If Colorado is any indication, nobody is seceding. An incredible red area kicked that notion to the curb.
I’ll take my constitutional amendments with a large side of Skittles and Unicorns. Levin’s ideas are all great but they won’t happen. 3/4 of the states is insurmountable in our polarized age. Here are thirteen reasons we won’t see any good amendments:
