I sure wish we had public hangings.Every day now another case of child abuse shows up.No telling what happened to the child before he got caught.

I wonder if he suspects that the girl is not, in fact, his daughter, or, perhaps confirmed it. He may have been punishing the mother by doing this to her daughter. My speculation. True or not, its sick.
