Makes my blood boil. Why wouldn’t Congressional Republicans try to block this ongoing illegal tampering with “settled law”? It’s not like they will ever get any political support from the unions.
Obama gets away with this stuff because he knows any legal challenge would take at least two years to wind its way to SCOTUS.
