Logically porn is a form of prostitution. What is the difference from paying a prostitute to have sex and paying a “porn star” to have sex with another person you intend to film. If the person doing the hiring also happens to be the self-appointed “star” of the film, then there is absolutely no difference between prostitution and porn (except that with porn there is documented record of the activity). The object of both activities is to engage in a commercial transaction aimed at satisfying the carnal desires of people who don’t have the ability to maintain a healthy, exclusive relationship with another adult.

What’s the difference between paying a porn star and paying an actress? Both are being paid to entertain viewers... both ofter entertain in ways that are sexual. So by these types of definitions are all actors also prostitutes?

There are lots of things in life that are NOT good ideas... not all of them are illegal. Which is as it should be...
