I think it unlikely; such a feature would be instantly recognizable and cause more problems than it would be worth.

Thanks - still there was an article in breaking about how red states had much higher rates than blue states which may or may not be a coincidence.
Not surprising. I suspect that the per capita income of red states is higher than blue states, as is the willingness to complain about it.

I notice she didn’t mention that at least some open source software code (from what I’ve read it was more than some) was used and the developers removed the copyright info when including in their code (which is a huge no-no). I remember reading that the original developers of the code (I believe they were in the UK) were not at all happy, but not much more was said. If someone in the Bush Admin had done that, the open source community, LSM and others would have been up in arms.

I am not an expert - but Seblius seems to know NOTHING about IT or source codes.
CGI was the company for the IT - is that the one you mean?
