Fairfax starting to come in: With 4.2% percent in, McAuliffe 56% Cuccinelli 38% Sarvis 5%.

Finally got full precincts in from one county:

Bland County has Cuccinelli 69%, McAuliffe 21% Sarvis 11%.

McAuliffe three points behind Obama 2012, Cuccinelli behind Romney by four.
