Fairfax numbers finally started moving again. Just more than half in. Cooch still in lead overall.
Yep, they had to swap out some ballot boxes and make sure the over-stuffed (> 100%) ones for McAwful were substituted in.
Remember folks: It's not who CAST the votes that counts, it's who COUNTS the votes.
