He was the best of choice. A placeholder President. Glad we had him in office for 9/11. But ultimately damaging to the party and the American people with out of control spending, “compassionate conservatism”, big government rinoism. He greased the skids for where we are today. I’m sure he did his best, but we needed someone better.
I amend the last sentence of my commentary. I cannot ask a man to be more than he is when I have never been tested as we was. I thank him for his service.
