It looks like the point of his “scopolamine” Tweet was to say that you might be labeled a terrorist for saying something like that.

I think Snowden is a libertarian. They look schizophrenic to either a liberal or a conservative, because half their positions come from the other side of the aisle. But I’ve never believed there can be only two “sane” political philosophies. To me, conservatism is the least ideological philosophy, because it primarily looks at actual results and bases its positions on common sense and practicality. Both liberals and libertarians get caught up in “bumper sticker” beliefs and try to reshape reality to fit their beliefs instead of focusing on what actually works.

Some very good thinking points. But I have encountered many ideological conservatives who do not understand human nature and practicality. Yes, I saw the word least.
