I work for a large defense contractor. the majority of the engineers are white men, a growing percentage white female, and a growing percentage Asian and some indian.
very few other minorities because when we’ve brought any in (btw, its amazing that there are close to zero African American men with engineering degrees), they just cannot do the job.
however, in any type of admin position, there is a purge, bringing in managers who are mostly black female. old white managers are being offered retirement packages. a friend of mine, employed there for over thirty years, had two hundred people, then told we’re taking everyone away and you’re going to be an individual contributor. he retired.
I have a feeling it’s either much ado about nothing or more Chuck Hagel than Obama. My guess is it’s more to do with expressing their displeasure to somebody about gays in the Military.

If this is a purge or the continuation of a purge by 0dumb0 against our military officers, then the purged officers need to grow a set of balls & go public with this. And a military coup by the purged officers to restore our Republic is way overdue!!! Either way, the commie pig muzlim 0dumb0 traior-in-chief needs to be removed from office.
My final US Army assignment before retirement was the 1SG for the 17th Area Support Group/USARJ IX Corps.
