“We’re following ideologues down a policy path that will ultimately lead to the destruction of the Republican Party’s ability to compete as a national party.”

No Steve, that would be the GOPe corporatists.

“former John McCain adviser Steve Schmidt says the GOP has some ideas about where the Texas senator can go.”

A loser adviser to a loser rino gives us his loser opinion. One wonders if those like him don’t actually draw a paycheck from the demonrat party because they certainly have no clue what actual Conservative think.

Obama’s PC Democrat-style words have kept our sorry RINOs from Impeaching Obama.

Work to “Primary-Out” our sorry Congressional RINOS in the 2014 Congressional Election.

We win or lose at the 2014 ballot box.

There will be NO Retreat.

Impeach Obama in December, 2014!

Some may wish McCain had never left that “hotel” about 40 years ago. Putz.

Well .. the next time Steve mouths off .. why doesn’t somebody with a brain ask him if he knows how many times McCain has received an 8 minute and 15 minute standing ovation FOR HIS PERFORMANCE AS A SENATOR IN CONGRESS ..??

If you’re not an “ideologue” than what do you stand for, what are your goals, and what do you want to make the government do or not do? Are you just going to poll every single issue and do whatever’s getting 51% at that moment in time, something like Clinton’s 2nd term? Well, that’s a little better than what Obama is doing, but the polls are wildly inconsistent. And there are many things the public will never be able to know about or predict, for instance the mortgage crisis, the Obamacare health insurance crisis and pretty much anything relating to foreign policy. You have to have your own vision for what you’re going to do. If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.

Steve Schmidt...... this bullet head stooge has made millions with his awful advice. He could probably buy out Karl Rove by now

Isnt it adorable when so-called Republicans sound exactly like liberals..remember, Schmidt and Wallace were the two brain dead liberals who ran McCain’s campaign and are buddy buddy with Mitt Romney..gee..I wonder why those two lost

My default position on elections is to vote for the most conservative non-Democrat who can win - usually that’s a reasonable Republican, sometimes it’s a RINO. At the national level of course it’s been losers like McCain and Romney.

But in the future I will not vote for any candidate who hires Steve Schmidt as an advisor. And I think the Tea Party and every national conservative group worth its name should make it clear that they will encourage their voters not to vote for any candidate who hires this pr*ck.

When it becomes clear to people running for office that hiring Steve Schmidt means that a sizable fraction of your base will be staying home, maybe that jerkweed will find that running his mouth will have cost him his livelihood.

For me the Republican Establishment can go to HELL - one way ticket only. Cruz is now the head leader of the conservative movement. GET USE TO IT!

This Schmidt guy can’t stand the possibility of Pubbies walking away from collectivist path they’ve been on for the past 100 or so years.

Sounds like a subtle threat to me. The GOP-e has a plan for Cruz and they will make NBC an issue.

They want to reach minorities yet slander the Hispanic Cruz.

God, forgive me for voting for McCain instead of trusting in You.
