Here's the M1 with folding stock similar to the stock in the pic but not a match.
Mini-14 mostly have the pull out but the folding stock looks the same, not a close match.
That is clearly a folding stock on the rifle for concealment.

Looks like an AR to me, with optic on top and Pmag lying next to it.
