Was the point made that the insurance companies have to cancel these policies to comply with the law? That there has never, ever, been this mass cancellation of policies before?
Did anyone ever chastise her for poo-pooing that this only involves “5% - roughly twelve million people”. That ticked me off so bad. So, twelve million is no big f’n deal, huh?
Wasn't it at the beginning, we needed to help these poor 30Mil uninsured? So now we have to cancel policies on 12Mil like it's no big deal?!
And who cares if most individual policies are only for a short period, what about the millions that have them long term? Maybe it's because individuals have CHOICE! They weren't tied to an employer and could change at will.
