I loathed the man, however, I don't think he was actively bent on the destruction of this country. Of course, unlike the Kenyan, he was born here so he had a bit of a vested interest.
Clinton was actively bent on his own self promotion. As a psychopath he has no feeling for the country or for anything else, only for himself. Clinton and the kenyan are both narcissisists but the kenyan is probably not a psychopath. He sticks to one goal and follows another’s directions because he has accepted that the other knows how to do it. Can you imagine Clinton with a Valerie Jarrett? Clinton might follow a VJ so long as it personally benefits him but would dump her as soon as her lead no longer immediately benefits him. A psychopath manipulates others. A kenyan allows himself to be manipulated by others so long as he can maintain his lifestyle as a perfumed prince and the ideological goal is inn sight.
