I think most Americans were/are unable to grasp that a President would want to intentionally harm his country & consequently they rationalize his actions. Hopefully, they’re waking up.
Coining the term “low-information voter” may yet be Rush’s greatest contribution to the political debate, but what Rush did not intend was that the “conservative” intelligentsia is also part of the “low-information” class in many ways, or at least the “low-discernment” class. No wonder things seem hopeless.
VA on Tuesday will give the first assurance that they are NOT waking up, as it now appears.
