She just said “call the Call Center” and we can ‘help’ them ... this in response to people who have been cancelled and will have no insurance Jan. 1. Well, the Call Center can’t put anybody on unless you already have an account ... and how is that supposed to happen with the website down? How do the Call Center folks put on accounts with the website down? The guys processing paper apps have to put them on the website ... which is ... (ta da!) DOWN.
