President Obama's aides went to extraordinary lengths to uncover the identity of a senior official who was using Twitter to make snarky comments about White House staffers.
...What apparently intensified the campaign to identify the “snarker” was a comment about Valerie Jarrett, the senior Obama adviser who has her own Secret Service detail and appears to exercise an inordinate amount of power behind the scenes. Joseph tweeted “I’m a fan of Obama, but his continuing reliance and dependence upon a vacuous cipher like Valerie Jarrett concerns me.”
Jarrett, an old Chicago friend of both Barack and Michelle Obama, appears to exercise such extraordinary influence she is sometimes quietly referred to as “Rasputin” on Capitol Hill, a reference to the mystical monk who held sway over Russia’s Czar Nicholas as he increasingly lost touch with reality during World War I.
Darrell Delamaide, a columnist for Dow Jones’s MarketWatch, says that “what has baffled many observers is how Jarrett, a former cog in the Chicago political machine and a real-estate executive, can exert such influence on policy despite her lack of qualifications in national security, foreign policy, economics, legislation or any of the other myriad specialties the president needs in an adviser.”
Delamaide believes the term “vacuous cipher” that was applied to Jarrett stung so much because it could be used as a metaphor for the administration in general.
… Up against a court flatterer of that caliber it’s no surprise that Jarrett has outlasted almost everyone who was in Obama’s original White House team — from chief of staff Rahm Emanuel to political guru David Axelrod to Press Secretary Robert Gibbs. All are known to have crossed her, and all are gone. As one former Obama aide once told me: “Valerie is ‘She Who Must Not be Challenged.’”

Corzine stole (and lost) hundreds of millions; he was a bundler for Obama who gathered roughly $500,000, but it wasn’t his money. Similarly with Solyndra—it’s main backer was put in front of the US taxpayer for collecting in bankruptcy, and he was a political backer, too.

Frank Marshall Davis mentored Barack Obama. The Canter family mentored David Axelrod, who got Obama elected president. Vernon Jarrett’s daughter-in-law is Valerie Jarrett, and Robert Taylor was Valerie Jarrett’s grandfather. Jarrett is Obama’s top presidential adviser. In other words, Obama’s political ancestor worked with the political ancestors of Axelrod and Jarrett.
Amazing, but true. You can’t make this up. The ghosts of Chicago’s political past are alive and well in Washington today. Today’s political family at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue can be traced back to the political family of Chicago in the 1940s. It’s all in the (political) family.
The likes of Axelrod’s family and Ayres father at Con Edison being part of the cabal needs noting, and let us not let Soros and his benefactors the Rothchilds go unnoticed.

At the time, the Erickson Institute Board of Trustees also included Ayers' convicted felon daughter-in-law, Bernadine Dohrn Ayers. In addition, the Institute's co-founder, Barbara Bowman, is the mother of close Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett.

I'm convinced that Jarrett is Obama's security "air gap." He gives her oral directives, and she passes those orders along orally. There is no paper trail leading back to Zero.
Of course, she influences Zero's decision-making too, and she can also edit the orders from him that she passes on.

That Obama was attractive to anyone in 2008 shows how sick this country is.
Agree. You only had to look below the superficial to find out about him. I started monitoring his ‘mybarackobama’ website in early 2008. He had a page listing his mentors with pictures and a small biography of each. I watched as first Jeremiah Wright was scrubbed from that page.....then Father Michael Phleger.....then I cannot remember who else. But I clearly remember reading up on his voting record in the Illinois State House (mostly ‘present’ of course). When I found he had voted against BAIPA, I tried to sound the alarm to friends and relatives. I was accused of being a racist by more than one. They really didn’t want to hear the truth about him, they wanted ‘to be a part of history’. How superficial and hollow. Now we are suffering the consequences of so many not caring to learn the truth.
