The fine increases

It's not a fine, it's a tax. Bribee Justice Roberts said so. If we had a true opposition party that was in control of the House, they could simply cut the "tax" to zero as the House is the one who generates all bills of revenue.

The fact that they don't simply lower or cut this tax is telling. Not the mandate itself, just the tax.

Another good point, why did Robert have to write into the bill that it is a tax, when the IRS does collect penalties too?

Good post. Thanks for the idea. I hope our glorious US Reps find this out and follow your advice. Roberts ruling may come back to haunt him yet.
