The fine increases It's not a fine, it's a tax. Bribee Justice Roberts said so. If we had a true opposition party that was in control of the House, they could simply cut the "tax" to zero as the House is the one who generates all bills of revenue.
The fact that they don't simply lower or cut this tax is telling. Not the mandate itself, just the tax.
