After a person is on disability for 2 years they can get Medicare.

And a whole lot of one of my docs patients who are under 65 but on SSI are also getting Medicare.

People with end stage kidney disease get Medicare regardless of age. Other than that I'm unaware of any other exceptions.

People on Medicaid are not eligible for obamacare. It has to be medicare.

Nope - these patients all have Medicare. And there are a lot of them.
