If I were the President and had been truly blindsided this badly ... heads would be rolling out of DC like bowling balls, with Sebelius the first one down the ‘lane’. Personally I don’t think he was blindsided at all ..... everything anyone in this administration says is a LIE .... so why should their statements about who knew what, when, and how regarding Obamacare be any different.
