The GWOT should have been "over" within 30 minutes of the first tower collapsing. Every muzzie religious site and major population center as well as known and suspected terrorist training areas, their military bases, etc should have been nuked. Tora Bora, and Khandahar would also have been on my target list. The only boots on the ground would be to mop up whoever was still alive.
