A flaw in the security for the healthcare.gov website discloses the pricing pre-subsidized and divulges personal info of any and all navigators.
Please note that these databases contain an export button so you can save it to your own PC. This is a serious flaw.

I agree.
More than a couple + some Democrats were needed to deny cloture.
I just looked again. You need a key once you pass some (unspecified) threshold of requests. Once again, this seems to be fine and normal (a personal pet peeve of mine is when you have to apply for a key just to play around with an API).
You are right. There is no problem here.
If that camel is your natural health care and the government cannot provide it, I would say so. Bestialists will get their exemption.
Anyone not seeing this as purposeful is ignorant, blind or naive.
Exactly.
I’m a bit torn.
I absolutely love what Ted Cruz has been doing - and was discouraged to read yesterday that support for O’care has actually gone UP.
Low information voters sided with the left as usual - and the shutdown caused the support numbers to go up for this monstrosity.
So I am left with the idea that only one thing is going to save us from this awful law....pain. Alot of it.
The only thing low information voters are going to understand is that they don’t have any money left.
YOU'RE RIGHT! THIS IS ON PURPOSE!!!!1!!1
Er.........just like it is supposed to be. Developers and vendors need to know the format of the API unless remote reflection is available, and I sure wouldn't expect THAT of THIS crew.
There is -- for once -- nothing to see here.
I get credit for calming the thread down first. :)
"Errrr... Never Mind" Emily Litella Memorial Ping List.
LOL. I actually was scratching my head trying to figure out why people were so concerned, but I lacked the courage of my convictions to publicly question it, assuming that I was just missing something. To the brave go the spoils, and so enjoy your well earned bounty.
Raison d'etre?
And not that difficult? Some schools who passed out PC's to their students did this - and 'monitored' thru their web cams and microphones.
Hitler and Staling must be spinning in their graves thinking of what they could have done had they today's technologies -
and the Sheeple sleep -
Oh my! I am truly and deeply honored!
I have found that an injudicious confidence based on over-inflated self esteem, and a sense of prideful hubris about my unproven abilities, has served me very well over the years. :)
It’s not even this specifically Laz, it’s what it means in terms of general ineptitude and security of our citizens, you know? It’s simply endless
Plus- I’d had only half a cuppa! .
Just, don't.
:)
Open a site called WeCannotBeHacked.com, and see how long it lasts.
Unfreaking believable.
Great find.
I woke up to seeing this reply. I am not sure how this is abuse. When posted on aanother forum, the users were shocked to see the actual prices and deductibles.
Posting addresses ob the internet may not seem like divulging personal info, but some of us would really disapprove of it happening to us. These navigators are also contributors. If you had not noticed, Planned Parenthood was listed several times.
This may not be breaking news, but it deserves a bump to the top.
I didn’t hit abuse to take the thread down, but to remove it from Breaking News. The initial claim that the site was ‘compromised’ is incorrect.
Can you imagine if just small steps were taken?? Directions to a pig farm? Heck, a postcard of a pig farm.
