There is a reason that the Super Bowl is in New Jersey in February instead of sunny San Diego. San Diego voters will not vot vote for another public built football stadium so the NFL (besides not so subtly whispering that LA needs a team) harrumph about hotel rooms, transit problems etc......

I can’t wait for a massive winter storm to hit NJ on SB weekend. Serves the dumbasses right. The SB should always, ALWAYS be played in the south in an open air stadium, no roofs or retractable roofs. That even means you Jerry Jones. Give me the Rose Bowl, Orange Bowl, Arizona, San Diego etc. any day. College stadiums are fine also.
Oh, and kickoff should be at 3:00 PM.

Here in NJ we weren’t given a vote on it. I think they may have been able to fund a lot of it because the new Giants Stadium is also used by a Canadian Football League team (the Jets).
