To: Kickass Conservative

OK, so it’s paying a tax for failing to buy a product? I usually pay tax on something I do buy. Not on something I don’t buy. What else will I be taxed on for not buying? A solar panel? Some of Michelle’s recommended foods? This make any good common sense? Where is the logic in this approach to taxation?

Exactly.

You pay a Tax on Nothing, which is really a Penalty, which the Supreme Court said was Unconstitutional unless you call it a Tax.

Yes, I know....
