One sad part is that those who can afford real care will have to pay the overhead cost to fly to a free country where they can get fee for service care in any non-emergency situation. Another sad element is that medical progress will grind to a screeching halt now that new treatments will be competing more than ever against other lobbyist-supported demands on taxpayer dollars.
