Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell denied slipping a special provision into a deal he co-engineered to end the 16-day government shutdown and end a showdown over raising the nation's debt ceiling.
And the longtime Republican Senator from Kentucky had an admonishment for Republicans whose sole focus is the "impossible dream" of ending Obamacare.

Mitch has a 17M war chest and it's growing daily -- with the help of the GOPe and their crony capitalist buddies. I hope a strong Tea Party candidate will crush the evil Statist McConnell. They need to go for the jugular.
Rove, the MSM and the GOPe will go medieval on any Tea Party challenger.
I think it will be very difficult to near impossible to overcome (at least politically) the evil Statists we face.
I thought that too. Then I realized that the locks aren’t the ones at Louisville, but downriver. On the Illinois side.
This isn’t a KY project. It’s an Illinois project. So Obama and Durbin paying off their mob construction buddies.
Take a look at an overhead of the locks on google maps. You can’t even get to them directly from KY. You have to cross upriver at Metropolis (30 miles away) or downriver at Cairo (20 miles away)
Plenty of stuff to beat up on McConnell for. But we’re getting played on this one. Obama, Reid and Durbin are probably laughing their a$$es off that we’re holding McConnell responsible for this.
And I really HATE knowing that they’re laughing at us ...
coulter was on Beck and protecting mitch and calling us all CONSPIRACY THEORISTS. Hey ann... FOAD biotch!
Oh and coulter said we had better stop with the TEA Party stuff in Kentucky... that Kentucky is a democrat state and anyone running but mitchipoo will be defeated... she and the MACHINE will see to it.
diane feinswine put in up and lamar alexander worked with her and cosponsored the amendment.
“diane feinswine put in up and lamar alexander worked with her and cosponsored the amendment.”
Thanks for the info...very interesting.
If that is the case then either Mark Levin’s plan needs to be embraced or armed conflict.
Yep, ‘ol Mitch was complete blind-sided by those stacks of Benjie’s /s
****
Now there’s a bill, when brought to the public’s attention would get 100% backing.
Someone goes on TV stating “I am submitting a bill that will abolish ALL perks and privileges from members of Congress, current and past”
Then publish the NO votes pre-election as a reminder. OCare is just the tip of this travesty.
Those insiders trading/anti-anti-trust ....don’t get me started
Ann’s new book released on Monday is flopping. It’s selling around 200 or so copies a day which is really terrible.
Notice how he said “HE” didn’t “slip it in”. Of course not. We all know Dianne Feinstein did - FOR McConnell. What a lying bastard. Can’t wait to vote his ass out.
Yes... the same feinswine that demanded and made the most fertile farm land in America go back to being a desert in the name of the ecology gods but she loved this DAM in Kentucky so much she asked for it to be built. These people are Al Capone times 100.
Can you hear the laughter in the White Hut after
Obama calls him “BITCH” McConnell...
“These people are Al Capone times 100.”
yep!!!
Mitch, 2014 is the year the Collaborators are kicked out.
Have a nice day.
The turd, McCornhole owns it all. Flush this POS.
All FReepers must open their eyes... ann is one of the progressive elite and she really does hate Conservatives. Beck cut her off and removed her presence from his show this morning. Beck actually said, “You are not going to come onto my program and call me a conspiracy theorist”. They laughed in her face and sent her down the road.
I applaud Mark's brilliant idea. However, I think it is too late in the game.
It will take at least a decade before any serious State efforts come to fruition. All the while the Statists will be consolidating power at all levels of government.
My reading of history tells me that only a catastrophic event (likely economic collapse) will "allow" the States to take action to dissolve the unconstitutional aspects of the Federal leviathan.
The problem is when the event(s) occur, we likely will not have Governors with Warrior mindset, ready to take the bold steps needed lead and take down the Feds.
I hope her success is at an end. I used to think the world of her... but she had flown her true flag one too many times.
