I thought it was $2 billion...
No, it was thirty pieces of silver.

Does it really take 3 billion to build a dam?

I’m supposed to meet Gohmert this week. I’ll ask if he’s going to run for Cornyn’s spot. Don’t know if he’ll answer the question but its worth a shot.
To: tanknetter
If it’s true, they were simply making him an accessory to the crime. He’s their bitch.

I wonder if there is other pork in the bill? If McConnell’s $2 billion plus is the only pork, that would make him look even worse.

The follow up reporting is that McConnell didnt request this, it was put in by Obama and Reid. I'd have to flip a coin 999 time to decide whether or not to believe that. These low-lifes provide cover for each other at times, as well as stab each other in the back at times.

Theres also $450 million for roads in Colorado that got put in. Yep, we'll probably hear about more pork today and in the days ahead. They had to pass it to find out what's in it, as usual.
