Yes, many of them would .... if the EBT quits working altogether for any length of time .... couple of days, a week. They'll steal money, food, anything they can get their hands on. The Louisiana situation was a 'flash MOB' in a heartbeat ... just let them think/find out the EBT is worthless one of these days.
