Under Senate rules, two Senators might not be able to stop the coup that is taking place, but they might be able to use their "face time" to point it out. Cruz has opted to give Harry Reid what he wants. If you're not disappointed by that, then I'm sure that you'll enjoy all the surrenders to come.
