Neither party would ever let that happen. People on other threads have mentioned that the last free people here are the illegals; they aren’t taxed, don’t pay for such frivolities as driving and fishing licenses, etc.
There's truth. To encourage something the government subsidizes it. To discourage, taxes it. Guess which we are?
