My sister in law called from the city, just after the quake. She said people were going wild, running from buildings, into the streets.
It’s alarming to all no doubt...after shocks are felt as keenly as the first..in some cases moreso as people’s emotions run higher as they go....
Stay safe there..praying most will escape this.
Based on initial reports, World Vision In the Phillipines says... “Sagbayan” is the hardest hit.
