There was an earlier confrontation near the WWII memorial around 10:30 when things got a little tense. The police “withdrew”.
The vets made a statement today. That’s for sure.

It looks like the cops were withdrawing from their position at the very end. Not sure. That was the impression I got, as well. It looked like a couple of cooler heads were conversing during the course of the video. Several of the officers looked very uncomfortable...
