I was thinking the same thing. This is the start of a clearly organized plot by the Regime, to initiate civil unrest/war.

Also, I have to wonder if this is why FEMA was “practicing” mass hysteria, and why they had all these military meals shipped to Washington D.C. a while back, did anyone else read those articles? Makes sense now....
