President Barack Obama spoke with House Speaker John Boehner on Friday but did not wholly accept the House Republican plan to open government, raise the debt ceiling and open budget talks, sources said.

Once again proves we elect people who can’t do basic math. If I cut spending, why do I need more money? Can it be anymore simple than that?
Johnny has five cars that are financed. His credit is maxed out. He’s on a new job and doesn’t earn as much as he did on his former job. His only option is to get rid of one of the cars.
The politicians believe the solution would be to demand his new boss pay him more than his last boss paid him. A lot more! Because Johnny wants to buy another car and he deserves it!
We need cuts in federal funding to state and local governments—not tax increases.

Boenher agreed to increasing taxes when he agreed to increase the top tax rate and extend the Bush tax cuts...
If raising the debt ceiling doesn’t add to the debt, raising taxes doesn’t add revenue.
Not to worry the surrender caucus of the french republican party will see to it Obama gets even more than he wanted. Word is now they threw sequester under the bus. One thing about them you don’t have to ask spit or swallow....

Hold the damn line! This country is going down the tubes with Obamacare wrecking the healthcare system and the Government borrowing $2B+ a day forever. Hopefully I’ll be gone before the collapse.
WHY don’t these RINOs just go home and enjoy the nice long Columbus Day weekend?? Honestly, no one will miss you.
What they should have done is keep submitting new CRs with deeper cuts to lib causes every time. Just keep cutting and cutting. That’s basically what the dems do in reverse. They keep rejecting everything until their plans are funded and new taxes are levied.
In a just world, these guys would have been all struck by lightening. They are destroying the country under greater and greater burdens just to keep in power. With crushing taxes and regulations, amnesty, sticking it to our allies, coddling our enemies and exterminating liberty, it’s only a matter of time and the entire house of cards will collapse.
