Did she not have the power to stop zero from a second term? Didn’t she have an eligibility bill on her desk that signing it would require documentation to prove presidential eligibility?
If Arizona had done that, how many other states would have done so also?

...a key provision rewarding states that expand their Medicaid... Ah yes, the cocaine hustled by the central government for a couple of years. Once addicted, the same central government takes away the drugs leaving the costly addiction behind. Karl Marx is smiling in hell.

The bottom line is we need that money in our economy to save rural hospitals and jobs in the rural areas, the governor said, as well as making sure hospitals in metropolitan areas, where most AHCCCS patients are seen, get paid. Its all about jobs and getting back federal dollars that our taxpayers have paid to the federal government, to bring them home.
Couple of things, Jan: How’d your state keep those rural places going before those federal dollars?
You didn’t pay those dollars, Jan...Bernanke created them. You just said “no no “ a couple times then shucked your panties and bent over.
Huh-unh...not working for me.

Constitution-impaired Gov. Brewer is evidently unaware (ignoring?) that Congress has no constitutional authority to lay taxes for public healthcare programs. This is because the states have never delegated to Congress, via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for public healthcare purposes.
In fact, as previously mentioned in related threads, Justice John Marshall had officially clarified that Congress has no constitutional authority to regulate, tax and spend in the name of 10th Amendment-protected state issues, healthcare being a state issue.
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress (emphases added)." --Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824. "Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." --Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So Gov. Brewer is actually complaining about funds that she should arguably have tried to prevent from leaving her state in the first place in the form of constitutionally indefensible federal taxes.

If a private insurance company was launched with anything LIKE the misrepresentation, malfeasance, mis management and outright blundering that Obamacare has demonstrated, the Insurance Commission and the US attorney general would be on them so fast it would make your head spin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gov. Jan Brewer said Wednesday that she does not want U.S. House Republicans to succeed in their bid to shut down the Affordable Care Act, saying it would devastate the state budget....the governor said once it was clear the law would take effect, she sought ways to have Arizona take advantage of a key provision rewarding states that expand their Medicaid programs.
