It's Obamas JOB and OBLIGATION to “administer” the law’”.....(”Take care that the laws be faithfully executed”)....is his Constitutional Duty!

So as in this situation, AND the Gov. shutdown overall, Obama has been ignoring his Constitutional Duties....it's HIS responsibility to keep Government going as President.
