I forgot. Climbing is double-bad. Another lynching instrument AND the girl could fall or she could get the rope twisted around her neck and die.
Actually I know of someone who fell from climbing ropes some years ago. He broke his back.

Back in the day, I learned everything I needed to know about unsafe activities from Saturday morning cartoons.
These guys were immortalized on a stamp in 2000.
Life should not have changed so much that I have to be nostalgic for the good old days all of 13 years ago.
