Thats only one of the problems with having a non-American sitting in the White House. They think they can change the law of the land to suit their needs and the needs of their supporters. That might be okay in Kenya but that isnt the way we do things here in America. It is now. And all because of one word: racist.

Waste of time. There is no constitutional law now and might never be again. The law is what King Obama and his communists Democrats empire decides what it will be. Most of the Supreme Court are liberals and will not uphold the Constitution.

*I do not believe Kenya is mis-governed in a manner such as you indicate.
But Socialist autocrats rule this way; the way of Cloward-PivensValerieJarrettGeorgeSorosVanJonesWm.Ayres, et cetera. Sign an Executive Order. Presto! Law of the Land.
Impeach? Naaah.

If I didn’t have children and grandchildren, I’d leave the nation of my birth. But I will stay and fight for those who follow me. That is my duty.

The courts will just say he doesn’t have standing. Only Obama has standing these days.

I don't know if it's the phase of the moon or the sign of the zodiac or cosmic rays or what. But, I am dismayed to read the comments so far on this thread. "We lose" is not putting up much of a fight. Post an article about someone fighting back and here come the naysayers. To quote the Boss of this establishment:
"Damn the naysayers." As a service, I provide this for posting on FR profile page as appropriate

Any sheriff could arrest the president. The tricky part is getting past the secret service to do it.

I think it’s time to throw one lawsuit after another at this regime. In every state, in every jurisdiction. Just like they do at the American citizenry.

“...the framers of the constitution wrote it to protect the people from an ever powerful government, what was not considered is how do we the people deal with a run away executive branch...”

It is all there.
Congress (we the people) has allowed their power to be taken and haven’t the courage to take it back

LOL - my step-mother-in-law lives in Boca. I concur. I practically break out in hives when I have to go there to visit her - the most awful people!
To: diverteach
so then the question becomes will the military and the legal authorities act as surragates to an illegal president or decide keeping our jobs is not worth losing our country, Obamma has bet no one will rise up, and when the people do he will declare marshall law even though he caused the problem...
it’s the way he operates, like a kgb agent...

I haven’t verified this but I heard the other day that no President has signed more Executive orders than Obama; something like 900+ to 100+ by any other President or maybe all the previous Presidents combined.

I want a class action citizens’ lawsuit against 0bama, Reid, and Pelosi suing them them for $330,000,000 ($1.00 per citizen) for failure to uphold the Constitution as per their oath of office. “Impeachment by Citizens”. Where can I sign on? (Even if its tossed, it would make a helluva statement.)
