Such a “plan” was not concieved in a few days and executed as quickly is the current gubmint shutdown. Odumbo and his ilk have been planning this for some time and are cheering it on to last as long as possible.

The ‘Mountain Lion’ family of 6 were standing on a hill and observing a group of Politicians on ‘retreat’ sitting around a campfire.
With a mighty roar they charged down the hill and ate the Pols they could catch.
The son, a recent College Graduate, said “Dad, wouldn’t we be better off sneaking up on them and we could capture them all”
Dad replied “Son, it doesn’t matter— at least when we roar and charge down the hill it scares the “$hiite” out of them, which we can’t eat anyway. The rest are just as lazy and we will get to them soon enough”.
