Joe ThielbarDon't sign up Joe! It's a TRAP!!!I'm still having the same problem. It tells me that my User Name/Password is not correct. So I request to reset my password and enter my Username. Then I get this message: "We sent an email to the email address associated with your account with instructions on how to reset your password."
And sure enough, I get the e-mail. But then when I click on the link included in the e-mail, I get this message: "We weren't able to process your request because we couldn't find a Marketplace profile that matched the information that you provided." ...That doesn't make any sense.
The system just sent an e-mail to the address that it has on file for me, but then it tells me there is no profile??? This is happening on me all the time!!! PLEASE FIX THIS SO I CAN LOG-IN AND GET STARTED!!!
Sounds intentional. I’ll bet the back end isn’t done so they put a pug in the login...
