Ah, the wheels grind slowly but we're almost there. I'm polishing up my interview technique now:

Interviewer: Well, Mr. Drill, it's a great book - I thought page 108 was especially brilliant. Which of you wrote it?
BtD: Why, myself, of course.

Or it can go the other way:

Interviewer: Well, Mr. Drill, it would be an OK book except for the garbage on page 108 - illiterate, clumsy, and factually inaccurate. Which of you wrote it?
BtD: Why, my co-author, of course.
